Dr. Jismol Jose graduated from Kerala Veterinary & Animal Science University in 2017. After a 6-month internship in her home country, she was offered a MSc position at the University of Saskatchewan. She completed her MSc in Swine Nutrition and graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2022. She also started volunteering and practising Veterinary medicine in Saskatchewan since 2020.

While completing the veterinary licensing exams she worked in rural Saskatchewan, worked at a spay/neuter clinic in Calgary, and worked at an Emergency clinic in Red Deer.  This helped her understand the different aspects of Veterinary medicine, advancing her clinical and surgical skills, and knowledge base. She has a special interest in reproduction, dermatology, small animal internal medicine, and exotics medicine.

Outside her time at work, she loves spending time cuddling her two cats Marcel and Poe, cooking with her husband, and watching her favourite TV shows.
